2020-21 Hockey Season in Jeopardy
Submitted By Chris Michie on Friday, July 24, 2020
As everyone knows, we are in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic that has disrupted everyone's lives this year.  With the future being unknown, we are not sure if the hockey season will even be allowed.

There are so many factors in play,
-player safety,
-referee safety,
-are fans allowed?
-will municipalities put the ice in?
-how do you sanitize buildings?
-are the dressing rooms going to be safe
-phase 3 doesn't allow contact sports.
-etc, etc.....
As a group, all of the leagues GM's have come together, to make a decision that we will work toward a Dec 1st start date for the 20-21 season.  Whether all of the issues will have resolutions by then, we will see, but as an organization, we have something to work towards.
Stay tuned.........
